What will you do in the ReBalance retreat

Day 1 – Where the journey back to yourself begins

You have often woken up with that vague, but pressing feeling: “Something is not right with me…”
You have done tests, you have been to doctors. All results are “within parameters.” And yet, you do not feel well.
Have you wondered if it might be about a more subtle imbalance – between mind, body, and soul?

Your body is tired, seemingly without strength. It hurts in places where it shouldn't hurt. You breathe, but it feels insufficient. You smile, but inside it's empty.
The mind runs in circles of the same scenarios, the same heavy thoughts. Why is that?

Perhaps because you have carried too much, too far.
You have gathered silences, worries, fears, and anxieties in hidden corners of your being. Unprocessed emotions, unspoken words, swallowed tears. You have been strong for everyone… and you have forgotten about yourself.

You will find answers.

This is how the first day of the retreat begins.
In the quiet of a safe space, among people who seek the same “better” as you do, you begin to settle. You breathe differently. You feel differently.
You allow yourself not to have all the answers. You allow yourself to be human.
And from that point… healing begins.

Program of day 1:

ü  You will learn how the neuroanatomy of your body works in moments of emotional and mental distress.

ü  You will get acquainted with basic principles of neuroscience, to understand more clearly what happens in your brain when you say “I can't take it anymore”.

ü  You will be introduced to the first elements of therapy, at a gentle pace, suitable for what you are ready to receive.

ü  You will begin to understand the language of your own body and what it has to tell you, beyond pains and silences.

ü  You will connect with the group, but especially… with yourself.

Day 2 - When you start to feel again

After a night of deep sleep, perhaps the first peaceful sleep in a long time, you wake up to a different rhythm. It's quiet. It's nature. It's you, without the rush to be anything other than you are.

You begin to feel.
Maybe it's a flutter in your chest. A warmth in your palms. Or maybe just a slight curiosity: What will I discover today about myself?

Today is no longer just about understanding. It's about feeling.
For the first time in a long time, you gently turn towards your body not to fix it, but to listen to it.
You discover that emotions are not just thoughts. They are waves that pass through you, that leave traces, that have shape and place in your body.
And step by step, you learn to be with them. No rush. No judgment.

In a setting where everything is carefully constructed, you are given permission to be in contact with yourself.
As you are now.

 

Day 2 program:

ü  You will learn about the physiology of emotions and how they are stored in the body.

ü  You will explore, through guided movement, the body's automatic responses to trauma: fight, flight, freeze, submission.

ü  You will work with blocked emotions through gentle somatic processing exercises.

ü  You will participate in sessions on internal safety: how to find your inner anchor when everything seems too much.

ü  You will continue individual somatic therapy sessions, tailored to your pace.

ü  There will be group sessions of neuro-release and art therapy, for integrating emotions into the body and expressing them in a creative way.

ü  You will learn simple techniques for emotional self-regulation that you can take home with you.

ü  The evening will conclude with a moment of reflection, silence, or sharing, depending on what you need.

Day 3 – ReBalance: the day you return to yourself

It's the last day. But it's not an end. It's rather a new beginning.
You have looked at yourself, you have listened to yourself, you have felt.
Something has changed.
Maybe you don't know exactly what, but you feel. It's no longer just silence, but also a kind of inner stir.
You take small steps towards those forgotten corners of yourself. Towards those stories left voiceless. Today… you can look at them.

Your body knows.
It knows what you have lived. It knows where you have hidden the pain. It knows how to release, at your own pace, what has been kept inside for too long.

On this day, you begin to feel something else:
The courage to meet your inner truth.
The power to stay with your emotions without running away.
Safety that you are not alone.

In a safe environment, enveloped in care and gentleness, you will allow yourself to be seen, felt, heard. And you will learn that healing is not a rupture, but wholeness. You return to a state of balance.

This day is about ReBalance – about rebalancing your energy, emotions, and mind.
About building lasting inner resources to take with you into the outside world.
You also receive something extremely valuable - simple yet powerful tools that become part of your inner balance kit - concrete techniques for rapid emotional regulation, easy to integrate into daily life.

Day 3 program:

ü  You will create a personal essential oil – an intuitive blend that reminds you, through scent and intention, of who you are and what you have rediscovered here.

ü  You will learn clear strategies for rapid emotional regulation that you can use in moments of stress or imbalance.

ü  You will participate in a group sharing session, where stories become bridges.

ü  We conclude with a symbolic final ritual that prepares you to return to the world more grounded, more present, and more you.

AFTER RETREAT… WHEN YOU CHOOSE TO CONTINUE GENTLY WITH YOURSELF

You return home.
Maybe with a lighter heart, with a broader breath, with a new calm within you.
Maybe with new questions or with answers you didn't even know you were looking for.

But above all... with the awareness that healing does not stop at the border of a retreat.

A group program – held at Clinica Alegria – is waiting for you if you feel like continuing.
