The code of conduct for participation in the retreat

To ensure that I participate in the 3 days of working with myself, allocating attention and openness to the applied techniques.

I will dress appropriately and avoid wearing transparent or inappropriate clothing.

To respect the dignity and rights of other participants regardless of religion, gender, ethnicity, personal opinions or beliefs, physical limitations, or anything I perceive as 'different' from myself, and I will ensure the confidentiality of discussions during the session. To use decent language, without insulting or judging.

To respect the limited copyright license for all materials received, not to disseminate them in any format to third parties, and not to record video or audio of the working sessions.

To respect my own physical, mental, or emotional limitations, and to approach them gently, as a basic practice in Mindfulness, taking care of myself. Even if difficulties arise, perhaps even congratulating myself for noticing them and choosing when it is appropriate to approach them with care, when to distance myself, when to share them or not in the group.

The two therapists can support you in practice, but they are not responsible for the inappropriate or incorrect application of the practices presented in the retreat. We remind you that this retreat is based on scientific studies and includes body techniques from somatic therapy, mindfulness techniques, and reconnection with the Self in the present moment, individual 1:1 sessions that help you unlock and release stored emotions at the bodily level that create discomfort in your daily life.

Participation requires active involvement and adherence to the established schedule.

What is shared during the retreat remains confidential.
